My name is Victor Blauwendraat, and I have been working at Fysiotherapie Douma since 2024.
I graduated as a physiotherapist from the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in 2024. Right after graduating, I started at Fysiotherapie Douma as a general physiotherapist. I chose this wonderful profession because I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body functions, enjoy working with people, and find fulfillment in treating a variety of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system.
What gives me the most satisfaction is working together with the patient to achieve the best possible outcome. Before joining Fysiotherapie Douma, I worked for eight years as a certified fitness instructor. I apply the knowledge gained during that time to your rehabilitation, incorporating training principles and a wide variety of exercises.
In my free time, I enjoy playing water polo and padel. If you come to me for treatment, you can expect a professional approach where I put my knowledge and expertise first.
