Complaints procedure
You can assume that the therapists working at Fysiotherapie Douma are doing their best to provide the best possible care. If you have any complaints about the treatment or the way the physiotherapists are treating you, it is good to make this known. For yourself, for other patients and for the quality of the practice.
To begin with, we always recommend that you have a conversation with your treating physiotherapist or contact the management of the practice. You can do this in writing or by telephone. The therapist will always have a conversation with you to resolve any problems. If you feel more comfortable, you can always ask someone from your family or circle of friends to be present during this conversation.
If a conversation does not yield the desired result, you can use the complaints procedure of the Keurmerk Fysiotherapie (Quality Mark Physiotherapy).
